1. Hygiene & Safety Policy

Due to U.S. health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened or used lip plumpers.

To ensure product integrity and customer safety, only unopened items in their original condition are eligible for return.

2. 7-Day Return Window (Unopened Products Only)

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The product is unused and unopened

  • Any protective seal is intact

  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is provided

Once approved and received, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives:

  • Leaking

  • Defective

  • Or you received the wrong item

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards

6. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was ours
